• Provide personalized consultations and recommend suitable styles and treatments; share hair care advice.
• Upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Stay current with trends in hair styling, coloring, and barbering; pursue ongoing education.
• Mentor junior team members in cosmetology, store management, and customer service.

• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations, ensuring all tools and workstations are properly sanitized after each client.
• Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs, recommend suitable styles or treatments, and communicate hair care advice effectively.
• Upsell retail products like hair care items, styling tools, and makeup applications to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Stay current with the latest trends in hair styling, coloring techniques, and barbering practices through ongoing education and industry research.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in cosmetology, store management, and customer service to foster a collaborative environment.
