Life Time is hiring a LifeSpa-Barber to provide hair services and grooming within the LifeSpa and Salon. You will cut, style, and groom to meet guests' expectations while avoiding chemical treatments such as coloring or perming.

Qualifications include a state barber license, 1–3 years' barber experience, and a High School diploma. Role emphasizes product knowledge, client education, and staying current with industry trends.

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Position Summary

The LifeSpa-Barber provides various hair services and treatments that improve the guest's overall sense of well-being and enhances the club experience. Some services may include cutting, styling, and grooming and styling facial hair that result in exceeding the guest's expectations. This position does not perform chemical treatments such as coloring, highlighting, or perming as a part of their service list.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education:

• High School graduate or equivalent

Years of Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a barber
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:

• Barber license in state where work is performed

Preferred Qualifications:
