Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience repairing band instruments.
• Completion of a recognized band instrument repair program or repair school preferred, but not required.
• Must successfully complete a bench test demonstrating proficiency and competency in band instrument repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, adjustments, and repairs on company-owned rental instruments.
• Evaluate and repair customer- and school-owned band instruments.
• Diagnose instrument issues and determine appropriate repairs.
• Complete repairs accurately, efficiently, and according to established quality standards.
• Maintain repair tools, equipment, parts, and workspace in a clean and organized manner.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding repair needs, priorities, and workflow.
• Support the repair department during periods of high volume and changing priorities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
