Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per the repair order, following dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs as authorized by the customer.
• Document work on repair orders and maintain standard tools and equipment.
