Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Master Automotive Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles, leveraging expertise in engine, electrical, brake, and HVAC systems. You will work with qualified technicians, use handheld diagnostic tools, and participate in manufacturer trainings to stay current with new technologies.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications heavily preferred and manufacturer certifications preferred
• Previous automotive technician experience required
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
• Must have basic tools
• Great technical and mechanical skills
• Team player with ability to handle repetitive complex tasks

Responsabilités

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
• Inspect vehicles to determine required safety or service work
• Make use of multi-point inspection form on each vehicle
• Document work performed and recommendations on repair orders
• Communicate with service advisor for additional work or delays
• Maintain technician proficiency per Asbury standards
• Conduct road tests to verify work completed
• Participate in manufacturer training programs
• Aim for CSI scores meeting company goals
• Return vehicles clean and ready for customer delivery
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations and safety standards
