Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Master or Level A Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to dealership and factory standards. The role requires extensive manufacturer certifications and strong mechanical skills, with responsibilities spanning from parts replacement to warranty processing.

You will perform road tests, document work, coordinate with advisors, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technology. A valid license and team orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• ASE and manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
• Ability to work as part of a service team.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs per repair order with accuracy to factory standards.
• Diagnose and repair major vehicle components and systems.
• Document work performed and communicate needs with service advisors.
• Conduct road tests and verify repairs were completed.
• Utilize manufacturer training and participate in ongoing education.
• Maintain CSI scores and warranty repair documentation.
