Walterboro Ford is seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician/Master Technician to join our growing service department in Walterboro, South Carolina. We invite proven A-, B-, or C-Level technicians capable of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles with high quality.

This is not an entry-level role; previous professional automotive repair experience is required. The ideal candidate will handle complex repairs, work independently, and contribute to a safe, efficient service environment.

Qualifications

• Professional automotive technician experience.
• Demonstrated A-, B-, or C-Level technician capabilities.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned repair orders.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Own set of professional automotive tools.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Commitment to producing safe, accurate, and quality repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance concerns.
• Complete engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and electrical repairs based on skill level.
• Perform vehicle inspections and clearly document recommended repairs.
• Use diagnostic equipment, scan tools, service information, and technical resources.
• Complete repairs correctly and efficiently.
• Communicate additional repair needs to service advisors.
• Maintain accurate repair-order documentation.
• Perform quality-control checks before returning vehicles to customers.
• Keep your work area, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures.
• Participate in ongoing factory and dealership training.
