Job summary

Capital Ford of Wilmington in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Senior Master Technician who is Ford-certified to join our service team. You will perform a wide range of vehicle diagnostics and repairs, ensuring workmanship meets Ford standards and exceeds customer expectations.

This role requires five or more years of automotive experience, ASE and Ford certifications, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Ford Certification required.
• ASE Certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive technician experience; Master Technician preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of mechanical services on various vehicles in a timely manner.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Provide accurate, detailed repair service reports.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain and update technical knowledge through training and certifications.
• Communicate repairs and services clearly to customers.
• Collaborate with service team to keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
