Job summary

Walterboro Ford in Walterboro, SC is seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician / Master Technician to join our service department. We hire A-, B-, or C-Level technicians who can diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles with high quality work.

You will work with diagnostic tools, perform engine, transmission, electrical, and HVAC repairs as needed, keep accurate repair orders, and participate in ongoing factory and dealership training. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Professional automotive technician experience required.
• A-, B-, or C-Level technician capabilities preferred.
• Own set of professional automotive tools required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance concerns.
• Perform engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and electrical repairs.
• Complete inspections and document recommended repairs clearly.
• Use diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and factory service information.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
• Ensure quality-control checks before returning vehicles to customers.
• Communicate additional repair needs to service advisors.
