Job summary

Delta Tire Pros - NM in Gallup is seeking a Lead Technician/Master Tech to join our fast-paced, professional shop. The role offers $50+ hourly pay, performance bonuses, and opportunities to mentor others.

You’ll diagnose and repair gas and diesel engines, electrical, A/C, transmissions, driveability, and suspension across 2–3 bays, using OEM and aftermarket tools, AllData, and Identifix. We reward energy, teamwork, and results with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of advanced automotive diagnostic and repair experience.
• Strong proficiency in engine, electrical, A/C, and alignment systems.
• Familiarity with dealer-level software and scan tools across multiple manufacturers.
• High motivation, efficiency, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on gas and diesel engines, electrical, A/C, transmissions, driveability, and suspension/alignment systems.
• Operate efficiently across 2–3 bays to maximize shop productivity.
• Utilize OEM and aftermarket scan tools, AllData, and Identifix daily.
• Mentor and support other technicians to maintain Delta Tire’s high standards.
