Job summary

Delta Tire is seeking a Lead Technician / Master Tech to join our Delta Tire shop. You will perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across gas and diesel engines, electrical systems, A/C, transmissions, driveability, and suspension/alignment.

You’ll work across 2–3 bays to maximize productivity and mentor other technicians. We offer a competitive hourly rate ($40-$50) with performance bonuses and a strong benefits package, including health and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of advanced automotive diagnostic and repair experience.
• Strong proficiency in engine, electrical, A/C, and alignment systems, with emphasis on suspension and alignments.
• Familiarity with dealer-level software and scan tools across multiple manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on gas and diesel engines, electrical, A/C, transmissions, driveability, and suspension/alignment systems.
• Operate efficiently across 2–3 bays to maximize shop productivity.
• Utilize OEM and aftermarket scan tools, AllData, and Identifix daily.
• Mentor and support other technicians to maintain Delta Tire’s high standards.
