Job summary

Delta Tire Pros – NM is seeking a Lead Technician to perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on gas and diesel engines, electrical systems, A/C, transmissions, driveability, and suspension/alignment. You’ll work across 2–3 bays, using OEM and aftermarket scan tools, AllData, and Identifix daily.

Mentoring teammates helps uphold Delta Tire’s high standards. You’ll collaborate in a fast-paced, professional shop environment with strong teamwork and high expectations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional automotive diagnostic/repair experience.
• Proficiency in engine, electrical, A/C, and alignment systems; suspension expertise a plus.
• Experience with dealer-level software and scan tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on gas and diesel engines, electrical, A/C, transmissions, driveability, and suspension/alignment systems.
• Operate efficiently across 2–3 bays to maximize shop productivity.
• Utilize OEM and aftermarket scan tools, AllData, and Identifix daily.
• Mentor and support other technicians to maintain Delta Tire’s high standards.

Lead Technician / Master Tech – Delta Tire

$40-$50 Hourly

Pay:
