• Strong understanding of labor times and labor rates.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop operations and technician workflow.
• Assist technicians with advanced diagnostics and repair procedures.
• Maintain efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.

• Help train and develop technicians.
