Qualifications

• Diesel, heavy‑duty repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair on diesel engines, gas engines, and heavy‑duty trucks.
• Repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and drivability issues.
• Utilize Ford IDS and OEM diagnostic systems for repairs.
• Maintain high productivity and CSI with accurate repair documentation.
• Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with the service team.
