Job summary

Capital Ford of Columbus is seeking a skilled Ford Diesel Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel vehicles ranging from F150 to heavy-duty models. The position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and is based in Columbus, OH.

You will perform diesel engine diagnostics, document work, and follow dealership standards while working with service advisors. Ford Diesel Certification or the ability to obtain it, plus experience with Power Stroke engines, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ford Diesel Certification (preferred) or ability to obtain.
• Experience with Ford Power Stroke diesel engines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• ASE Certifications (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicle systems including suspensions, brakes, and electrical
• Accurately document work performed and parts used

Position: Ford Diesel Technician

As a Diesel Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel vehicles from F150's to F750's and E series models. Here at Capital Ford of Columbus we see all makes and models and many unique heavy-duty trucks from motorhomes to service bodies.
