Qualifications

• Master Technician / A-Level Technician experience required.
• Diesel, commercial truck, or heavy-duty repair experience strongly preferred.
• Ford certification a plus (not required).
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Own tools required; valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair on diesel engines, gas engines, and heavy-duty vehicles.
• Repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and drivability issues.
• Utilize Ford IDS and OEM diagnostic systems.
• Maintain high productivity and flat-rate performance.
• Ensure top-quality repairs and customer satisfaction (CSI).
• Document repairs accurately on repair orders.
• Collaborate with service team and mentor junior technicians.
