Job summary

Hill International Trucks in Kentucky is seeking Experienced Diesel Fleet Mechanics to service medium- and heavy-duty trucks. You’ll repair and maintain diesel engines, perform preventative maintenance, and diagnose issues on dealer and factory specs.

We offer up to a $20k sign-on bonus, on-the-job training, uniforms, tool and boot programs, paid time off, and comprehensive health coverage. Shifts start early and include on-call weekends; overtime pay is provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of diesel technician experience required.
• Some computer skills preferred.
• ASE certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain diesel engine trucks according to dealer and factory specs.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Communicate with parts to obtain needed parts.
• Document all work on the repair order.
• Participate in manufacturer training programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized shop area.
