As an Advanced Automotive Technician, you’re the go‑to problem‑solver for vehicles other shops can’t pin down. This role exists to deliver accurate diagnostics and high-level repairs that keep our workflow moving and our standards high.
You’ll start by testing and inspecting vehicles to evaluate symptoms. Most of your morning is spent thinking, testing, and verifying—scanning data, running parameters, and documenting what you found and recommending next steps or repairs. The majority of the afternoon is spent solving the issues found through services and repairs. This mixes with preventative maintenance and factory recommended services on European, Import, and Unique vehicles. Between jobs, you keep your work area organized, complete quality control, and prioritize your workflow with the team.
