Job summary

rpmautocenter is seeking an experienced Automotive Master Technician to join our team in Irwindale, California. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing extensive repairs and maintenance tasks on cars and light trucks, while delivering exceptional customer service. We offer a competitive salary range from $80,000 to $130,000 per year, comprehensive benefits including vacation and holiday pay, and a supportive work environment with no weekends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Master Technician or similar role in the automotive industry.

  • Strong mechanical knowledge and expertise in various automotive systems.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of automotive repairs and maintenance tasks, including suspension work, tire service, and auto estimating.
  • Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge and expertise to efficiently complete service requests.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Adhere to dealership standards and guidelines for quality and safety.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Master Technician or similar role in the automotive industry.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing automotive electrical systems.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and expertise in various automotive systems.
  • Experience working as a service technician in a dealership setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with air brake systems is a plus.
