Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Master Automotive Service Technician in Noblesville, IN. This role focuses on diagnosing and repairing vehicles, maintaining high technician standards, and providing excellent guest experiences.

Strong certifications and experience are preferred, with ongoing training and performance-based recognition available. Responsibilities include repairing vehicles to factory standards, documenting work, and collaborating with service advisors.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications heavily preferred and manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Previous automotive technician experience required.
• Must have basic tools.
• Must be a team player with strong technical and mechanical skills.
• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test).

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and diagnostic work on vehicles with efficiency and accuracy.
• Examine vehicles to determine required safety or service work.
• Document all work on repair orders and communicate with service advisor.
• Maintain technician proficiency per Asbury standards and participate in training.
• Test drive and verify repairs where appropriate and safe.
