Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Master Automotive Service Technician in Braintree, MA. You will diagnose, repair, and test vehicles, complete repairs per repair orders, and document work for warranty claims while maintaining high CSI.

The role requires ASE and manufacturer certifications, at least eighteen years old, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass pre-employment screening. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications heavily preferred.
• Manufacturer certifications heavily preferred.
• Must have basic tools.
• Team player and able to work with others.
• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Understand and complete repair work as per repair order with accuracy.
• Diagnose and repair major vehicle components including engines and electrical systems.
• Perform road tests to verify repairs and ensure safety.
• Maintain proper documentation for warranty claims and timekeeping.
• Assist and mentor junior technicians in the shop.
• Ensure vehicles are returned clean and presentable to guests.
