Qualifications

• 7+ years of automotive service and repair experience.
• The ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of repairs including brakes, drivability, steering, suspension, electrical, safety inspections, AC and engine work.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and complete repairs.
• Clutch and transmission replacement.
• Provide guidance or train associates as needed.
• Maintain quality control and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Identify developmental opportunities and improve productivity.
