You’ll serve as the MassHealth expert inside the company, guiding patients through notices, gathering documents, and coordinating with health centers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of MassHealth enrollment, eligibility, or benefits experience.
• MassHealth knowledge including eligibility rules, renewals, and Health Connector.
• Comfortable handling complex cases with patients and coordinating with centers.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with MassHealth members by phone or video to complete applications and renewals, gather documents, and resolve eligibility issues.
• Own patient cases from start to finish and follow through until completion.
• Support renewal campaigns with partner community health centers and assist with outreach scripts and processes.
• Explain MassHealth notices clearly and work with customer service when needed.
• Keep health center teams informed and escalate complicated cases.
• Identify patterns where patients get stuck and share insights with the product team.
• Review outreach workflows to reflect real enrollment practices and help build playbooks for enrollment support.
