BridgeHealthAI is seeking a MassHealth Enrollment Specialist with AI operations focus. You will help patients maintain health coverage, guide them through renewals, and troubleshoot eligibility issues by phone or video.

You’ll be the MassHealth expert inside the company, collaborating with product and operations teams to reduce friction and improve enrollment processes. This is a remote role based in Massachusetts, with occasional on-site collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on MassHealth enrollment, eligibility, or benefits experience.
• MassHealth rules, coverage types, renewals, and information requests.
• Able to explain complex notices to patients clearly.
• Capable of managing your own caseload with minimal daily oversight.
• Tech-savvy and open to using AI tools to speed enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with MassHealth members by phone and video to complete applications and renewals, gather documents, respond to requests for information, and resolve eligibility issues.
• Own patient cases from start to finish rather than handing them off after one interaction.
• Support renewal campaigns across multiple community health center partners.
• Help patients understand MassHealth notices and coordinate with customer service as needed.
• Keep health center teams informed and escalate only when cases become complex.
• Spot patterns in where patients get stuck and share insights with the product team.
• Review outreach scripts and workflows and advise on real-world enrollment practices.
• Help build the playbook for how BridgeHealthAI delivers enrollment support as we scale.
