Qualifications

• Current Texas State Massage Therapy license (TDLR)
• Knowledge of Miraval-specific treatments and product lines
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude focused on guest satisfaction in a luxury environment
• Ability to perform various massage durations with proper cleanup times
• Shift: 5 hours (no break) or 7 hours (with 30-minute break)
• Perform 6-7 hours of massage per shift
• Solutions-oriented mindset
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 1 month)
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Availability Friday - Monday
