Role Responsibilities:

The Massage Therapist manages the delivery of massage and bodywork services, performs various massage techniques, and ensures a nurturing guest experience. Therapists will learn treatments specific to Miraval and related product lines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Texas State Massage Therapy license issued by TDLR
• Knowledge of Miraval brand standard modalities
• Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude focused on guest satisfaction in a luxury environment
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
• Capability to perform services of 20, 50, 75, 80, or 100 minutes with appropriate cleanup times
• Shift lengths of 5 hours (no break) or 7 hours (with a 30-minute break)
• Perform 6-7 hours of hands-on massage per shift
• Solution-oriented problem solving
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Availability Friday through Monday
