This job announcement is different than the blah, blah, blah, blah ad of xyz spa. You won’t receive an offer letter from us with an impressive top line hourly rate that you’ll likely not see because you’re not booked enough. We wont promise you a 10K bonus just for walking to the door, but we will get you 10K in additional earnings once you walk through the door. We don’t make you promises about our business and how it is managed by one of the most dynamic leaders in the field - who happens to be a licensed massage therapist herself- unless we could back it up. We wouldn’t tell you that we believe that we will become the best place for therapists to work in the State of Maryland unless we really believed that we are on that path.

FT: 25 Hours per Week Min

Shifts 4-6 Hours Shifts

(4 Evening Shifts per Month and 2 Saturday or Sunday Shifts per Month)

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform professional therapeutic massage sessions tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.

- Conduct thorough client assessments and consultations to determine appropriate treatment plans.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and notes.

- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and cohesive team environment.

**Qualifications:**
