North Spring Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. is a multifaceted behavioral healthcare system serving children and adolescents with a broad spectrum of psychiatric needs. Our programs include an 87-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility licensed by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, a Partial Hospitalization Program, and a 40-bed acute psychiatric hospital. Our clinical department is currently seeking a full-time Therapist to join our residential team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy services for residents, including individual, family, and group therapy.
• Schedule and facilitate therapy sessions and treatment team reviews.
• Attend all treatment teams for assigned residents.
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision.
• Coordinate multifamily, group, and family education sessions.
• Assist with staff training as needed.
• Provide on-call and weekend coverage as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on facility needs.

Schedule

Monday - Friday during normal business hours.

• Master's Degree in human services fields (psychology, social work, counseling, education).
• Licensed in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist) preferred, or resident in counseling.
• Preference for candidates with CSOTP and/or CSAC.
• Experience with children and adolescents.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
