Our programs include an 87-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility licensed by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, a Partial Hospitalization Program, and a 40-bed acute psychiatric hospital. Our clinical department seeks a full-time Therapist to support our residential team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide psychotherapy services—including individual, family, and group therapy; coordinate treatment team reviews and documentation; participate in all treatment teams for assigned residents; attend weekly clinical supervision; facilitate multifamily, group, and family education sessions; assist with staff training as needed; provide on-call/weekend coverage as required; perform other duties aligned with facility needs.
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, during normal business hours.

A Master’s Degree in a human services field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling, education). Preferably licensed in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist). Candidates must be residents in counseling. Preference for candidates with CSOTP and/or CSAC credentials. Some experience working with children and adolescents. Must be at least 21 years old. Subject to pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
