Kohler Waters Spa in Lincoln Park, IL is seeking a Massage Therapist II to join our onsite team. You will perform therapeutic services, greet guests, and tailor treatments to individual wellness goals.

This part-time role requires an Illinois massage certificate and at least one year of luxury spa experience. Weekend availability is required, with hours typically 8:30 am to 8:30 pm, and opportunities to earn commissions based on sales.

Qualifications

• Offering sincere suggestions for the guest’s benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty.
• Being knowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise.
• Preparing a wellness card for each guest starring products recommended for their home care.

Opportunity

Our Kohler Waters Spa team at Lincoln Park offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth’s mineral-rich waters and provides an oasis of tranquility in the heart of a bustling Windy City neighborhood.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Providing guests with professional, therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy
  
• Informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities throughout the spa
  
• Communicating clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to every service
  
• Offering sincere suggestions for the guest’s benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty
  
• Being knowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise
  
• Preparing a wellness card for each guest starring products recommend for theirhome care
  

This is a casual part-time position working weekends and weekdays. Hours vary between 8:30 am - 8:30 pm.

The competitive commission range for this position is based on percent of individual sales. The average commission plus gratuity per service for this position is $83.00 - $102.00. The specific commission earned may be influenced by a variety of factors.
