Our Kohler Waters Spa team at Lincoln Park offers more than50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth’s mineral-richwaters and provides an oasis of tranquility in the heart of a bustling WindyCity neighborhood.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Providingguests with professional, therapeutic services using treatments such asSwedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy
  
• Informingguests of available services, retail products, and amenities throughoutthe spa
  
• Communicatingclearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns andneeds prior to every service
  
• Offeringsincere suggestions for the guest’s benefit to enhance their totalwellness and beauty
  
• Beingknowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurateinformation as it relates to your area of expertise
  
• Preparinga wellness card for each guest starring products recommend fortheirhome care
  

We have part time opportunities available. Hours will varybetween 8:30am and 8:00pm, weekdays & 1 weekend a week requirement.

Skills/Requirements

• Stateof Illinois Massage Certificate required
• Minimumof one year experience, ideally in a luxury spa setting preferred

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The average commission plus gratuity per service for this position is $77.58 - $87.12. The competitive commission range for this position + tips/gratuity may be influenced by a variety of factors. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
