Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. (“Queen”), the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states, one of which will be an additional state that expands Bally’s jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees, and operations that currently include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms to the Bally’s portfolio. Bally’s will also become the successor of Queen’s significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).

The Role:

Provides each guest with excellent customer service while performing massage that best fits the guests’ needs. Be open-minded to new ideas and suggestions so that you are learning something new every day.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional care while designing/performing customized massage treatments that address each guest’s individual needs.
2. Maintain proficiency in all types of body massages offered; keep up to date on techniques and certifications.
3. Ability to communicate and describe in an articulate manner the salon/spa offerings and their benefits, including pricing.
4. Recommend and up-sell services and products that meet the clients’ needs.
5. Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, helpful, and professional attitude with all guests and team members.
6. Demonstrate respect, sensitivity, and concern for guests’ needs in a professional manner.
7. Responsible for ensuring work area is clean and ready for each client prior to their arrival, and for proper sanitation and restocking after each use according to departmental policy.
8. Maintain clean, organized work area with adequate supplies and attractively displayed retail products.
9. When not with clients, responsible for assisting with laundry, front desk, and other duties as assigned.
