Why Bally's?

The Role

Provides each guest with excellent customer service while performing massages that best fit the guests' needs. Be open-minded to new ideas and suggestions to learn something new every day.

Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional care by designing and performing customized massage treatments that address each guest's individual needs.
2. Maintain proficiency in all types of body massages offered; stay updated on techniques and certifications.
3. Communicate effectively about salon/spa offerings, their benefits, and pricing.
4. Recommend and up-sell services and products that meet clients' needs.
5. Offer personalized service with a positive, enthusiastic, helpful, and professional attitude.
6. Respect guest needs professionally and demonstrate sensitivity and concern.
7. Ensure work area cleanliness and readiness, following sanitation and restocking policies.
8. Keep the work area organized with supplies and attractively displayed retail products.
9. Assist with laundry, front desk, and other duties when not with clients.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
