THE JOB:
As a Massage Therapist, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE:$13.00 an hour plus commission

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to exceed guest expectations while delivering SHOW Standards

• Ensure guests are given the highest level of service by providing the most current information and techniques in massage modalities including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue and related body services per treatment and department protocols

• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• One year of guest service experience

• One year of experience as a massage therapist in a spa or salon environment

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education certification

• Takes pride in their work

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• Describes themselves as compassionate person

• Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression
