Job summary

Omni Hotels is seeking a Massage Therapist to enhance guest satisfaction in the spa by delivering services that meet Omni standards. You will ensure a calming, luxurious experience and maintain pristine treatment rooms.

You will perform treatments with attention to sanitation, safety, and personalized care, while adhering to flexible scheduling requirements during peak times and events.

Qualifications

• Current State Massage License
• 1 year of minimum experience in massage therapy
• Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
• Passionate about warm, engaging, and personalized service
• Able to stand and/or walk for extended periods
• Maintain high level of personal hygiene and appearance

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest possible standard of treatment, creating a sensory journey for guests to rest and relax.
• Set up treatment rooms and manage laundry as required.
• Maintain sanitation according to state guidelines and PAR stock levels to reduce waste.
• Begin and end treatments on time and follow all treatment procedures.
• Explain product and service benefits confidently to guests.
• Attend required department trainings and meetings and perform other duties as needed

Overview:

The Massage Therapist is responsible for guest satisfaction in the spa by performing services to the best of their ability and maintaining Omni standards throughout all procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Provide the highest possible standard of treatment, creating a sensory journey for guests helping them to rest, relax and regain a sense of balance and harmony in their lives.
• Responsible for setting up the treatment rooms according to procedures and disposing of laundry on a timely basis.
• Maintain sanitation of work area and equipment as required by state board guidelines.
• Ensure all professional stock is being used in compliance with the PAR levels to assist with reduction in product waste.
• To begin and end treatments at the published time and ensure correct procedures of all treatments are always followed.
• Relay with confidence in product and service benefits to clients.
• Attend all required department training and meetings.
• Perform any other duties required by management.
