As a Massage Therapist at Thompson San Antonio's Spa, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage treatments to our guests, ensuring a rejuvenating spa experience. Your expertise and dedication to promoting relaxation and well-being will contribute to the overall success of our spa and hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide massages, body treatments, and specialized techniques at a luxury level, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.
• Customize treatments based on individual client needs and preferences.
• Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and personalized care throughout their spa visit, with clear communication about treatments.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of different massage modalities and their benefits to provide recommendations to guests.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Texas State massage therapist license.
• 1+ years of experience working in a spa environment; experience in high‑end/luxury spas is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in multiple modalities: massage techniques (deep tissue, Swedish, etc.)
• Flexible availability: weekends required, holidays. May need to lead or cover shifts outside standard hours.
• Clean, professional appearance and strong adherence to spa protocols, cleanliness, sanitation, etc.
