Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa is seeking a Massage Therapist (part-time) to deliver exceptional massage and body treatments in a luxury resort setting. The right candidate will have excellent communication and guest service skills and hold a Massage Therapist License (dual license preferred); availability for a flexible schedule is required.

As part of Hyatt's Andaz team, you will contribute to a high-end guest experience, maintain standards of cleanliness, and stand for long periods.

Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa is now recruiting a Massage Therapist (part-time) to join our team. An art-deco building and architectural landmark is home to the newest luxury lifestyle hotel located in the heart of Mid-beach. The property boasts 287 guestrooms including 64 breathtaking suites and the ONLY Ocean-view arrival experience in Miami Beach. The design features elements of texture, art, and pops of color that create a unique and captivating experience. Unmatched amenities include a full-service spa, a well-equipped fitness center, a destination dining experience by José Andrés, two pools, and a Beach Club catering to the who’s who of Miami. Spanning 25,000 square feet of innovative indoor and outdoor event space, Andaz Miami Beach will become a landing spot for guests and locals seeking celebratory gatherings that embrace the city's culture of music, art, and fashion.

Position Summary

As our Massage Therapist, you are responsible for delivering exceptional massage and body treatments.The right personwould possess great communication skills and exceptional customer service skills. Candidates must be certified (dual license preferred)and must be available to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Massage Therapist License required (Dual License Preferred)
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Presents a caring, warm demeanor with atrue desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced, luxury environment.
• Must be able to respond to individual guest needs and adhere to company standards as written in the employee handbook.
• Must possess attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness.
• Capable of dealing with stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays is required.
• Display professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Maintains a positive attitude and takes initiative to get the job done.
• Committedto producing quality work.
• Must have experience as Massage Therapist.
