Summary

Provide luxury massage and spa treatments to guests while delivering exceptional service and personalized recommendations. Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, stocked, and maintained, and follow spa procedures and protocols. Customize treatments based on guest needs and maintain accurate guest profiles and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of massage treatments to high luxury standards and adapt techniques to guest needs and contraindications.
• Provide bespoke recommendations on skincare treatments and products.
• Greet guests, explain the spa experience, and update guest profile forms.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms; clean and sterilize tools and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and spa equipment, reporting issues to management.
• Complete assigned operational and administrative tasks and communicate operational needs to management.

Requirements

• NYS Massage Therapy License preferred.
• Minimum three years' experience as a massage therapist in a luxury establishment or with a luxury skincare brand.
• Mastery of massage techniques and excellent knowledge of luxury service standards.
• Knowledge of high-tech treatment devices is an advantage; strong attention to detail, teamwork, empathy, and confident communication skills.
