Caesars Entertainment is seeking a massage therapist for on-site spa services. You will perform quality massages and body treatments, provide personalized service, and uphold spa standards in a resort environment.

Responsibilities include engaging guests professionally, upselling services, and maintaining treatment room cleanliness while following safety protocols and certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Two years’ massage therapy experience at a resort or high-level country club.
• Must be able to produce certifications upon hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Experience in administering treatments to male and female guests.
• Understand Blood Born Pathogen procedures.

• Offer the highest level of personalized service whilemaintaininga positive, enthusiastic, helpful, and professional attitude with all guests and team members.
• Initiate and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner
• Administer expert massage and body treatments for various purposes and needs and in the specifictime framegiven.
• Provide consistent professional treatments as directed in training classes and accepted certificationpractice.
• Properly care for equipment and products used
• Communicate and describe in an articulate manner the spa offerings
• Compare and contrast the different services on the menu
• Recommend and up-sell services at the spa facility on property
• Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Respond to guest requestsimmediately, accurately, and appropriately
• Understand the importance of and committed to continuing education
• Works unsupervised for extendedperiods
• Uphold all protocols for set-up and cleanliness of treatment rooms.
• Understand that as a representative of the Spa they willmaintaina healthy appearance and a positive attitude
• Maintain a clean, safe,stockedand well-organized work area. Including extensive in-between client cleaning procedures.
• Maintains well maintained spa appearance,cleanlinessand ability to workentireshift in a mask as directed.
• Comfortable around guests who may be in a state of undress
• Perform othertasksassigned byManageror Assistant Manager.
• Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve problems in fast paced environment
• Two years’ massage therapy experience at a resort orhigh-levelcountry club
• Proper training and certificates for service provided.(Must be able to produce certifications uponhire.)
• Highschool diploma or equivalent.

Wage: Commission based

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, team members maybe requiredtoworkvarying schedules,weekends, and holidays to reflect the needs of the facility.
• Must be able to stand up to 9 hours per day Length of time of these tasks may vary
• Able to lift 15lbs occasionally.
• Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening, hearing ability and visual acuity.
