JOB REQUIREMENTS:

3. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional treatments, maintain guest privacy, ensure spa cleanliness and safety, restock and prepare treatment rooms, update guest records, attend training, assist with housekeeping, and promote spa products.
4. Qualifications: Current Massage Therapist license in Wisconsin, minimum 2 years of experience preferred, high school diploma or GED, effective time management, friendly and professional demeanor, proficiency in English, sales experience, willingness to continue education, ability to work independently, and availability for overtime, evenings, and weekends.
5. Compensation: This is a commission-based position plus hourly training.
