• Hourly base pay + % of each massage + 100% tips + bonus program
• Earning potential:$40–$55+/hour - every hour, not just massage hours.

Your Daily Flow

• Each shift includesfour 45-minute massage sessions, with15-minute breaks between each sessionto reset the room and complete a streamlined SOAP note.
• Charting and turnover time are built into your schedule — no rushing
• Morning shift:8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Afternoon shift:2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Work5–6 shifts per week,approximately 20-25 hours/week onsite

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Massage Therapist(no license required in our medical clinic setting)
• Proficient in deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, and injury recovery massage (cupping experience is a plus)
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and a strong team player
• New grads welcome — mentorship and onboarding support provided
• Someone who values team support and a calm, professional environment
