Qualifications

Position: On-Call Licensed Massage Therapist at the Balance Spa at the White Mountain Hotel & Resort

Are you a licensed massage therapist with a passion for providing exceptional service and helping others achieve balance and wellness? If so, we have the perfect job for you as an Licensed Massage Therapist at the Balance Spa!

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional massage services to guests, focusing on their individual needs and preferences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area at all times
• Adhere to all spa policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety
• Promote and sell spa services and products to guests, providing recommendations based on their individual needs and preferences
• Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress, ensuring that all information is kept confidential
• Attend and participate in spa team meetings and training sessions as required
• Uphold the high standards of customer service and professionalism expected at the White Mountain Hotel & Resort

Requirements:

• Active license as a massage therapist in the state of New Hampshire
• Strong knowledge of different massage modalities, with experience in Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal massage preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods of time and lifting up to 50 pounds
