Job summary

The Lake Estate on Winnisquam in Tilton, NH seeks a Massage Therapist to provide spa services with personalized care, professionalism, and a deep knowledge of healing arts to our luxury guests.

The successful candidate will hold an NH massage license, CPR, and have experience in a luxury hotel or resort spa, with flexible scheduling and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Current NH Massage Therapy License.
• Continuing Education is required to maintain massage license/certification.
• Flexible schedule including night and weekend shifts.
• Experience as a Massage Therapist in a luxury hotel/resort spa.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort guests to and from treatment rooms while attending to any immediate needs throughout their Spa session with you.
• Maintain professional ethics while ensuring personalized service is provided to each guest so they feel their needs are met.
• Provide Spa services to guests in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the treatment.
• Prepare treatment rooms to client specifications while also adhering to the Spa service standards.
• Perform prep work and meticulously clean and restock the room as required and needed. Participate fully in maintaining backbar.
• Maintain work area with necessary supplies, sanitation and disinfection procedures ensuring room is always immaculate (tables draped, counters and products clean).
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and procedures.
• Perform monthly and quarterly deep-clean responsibilities.
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and procedures.
• Uniforms and personal appearance must always be immaculate.
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programs, promotions, and/or discounts available.
• Assist fellow associates with daily operations to support healthy teamwork and contribute to the success of the spa.
• Assist in any other function as requested by Director of Spa and Wellness as it pertains to the spa, lounges, retail area, and outdoor terrace area.
• Participate fully in any spa promotions within and outside the spa, Estate or at off-site events.
