Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is seeking a Part-Time Massage Therapist to join our luxury spa team. You will provide professional massages and spa treatments to guests, focusing on personalized service and a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

Candidates must be licensed therapists with at least three years of luxury experience, fluent English, and comfort with electronic booking systems. Availability Tuesday through Thursday is preferred, with a passion for guest care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
• Licensed massage therapist with active licensure.
• Minimum 3 years luxury spa experience and excellent guest contact skills.

Responsibilities

The Part Time Massage Therapist is an essential member of the Spa team which is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.

We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic . The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position.

The Part Time Massage Therapist is responsible for providing professional massages to clients including herbal wraps, loofa treatments, aromatherapy, reflexology, deep tissue, prenatal, and shiatsu treatmen t. This individual will provide service with passion, c ontribute to our environment with a positive friendly attitude, and c ommunicate with team members to ensure the highest level of personalized service.

Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems.
• Service Passion for Luxury Hospitality .
• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills .
• Candidates must be licensed therapists.
• We are looking for individuals who have a minimum of 3 years prior luxury experience and excellent guest contact skills.
• Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service.
