The Massage Therapist is responsible for being well versed and an expert in the field of Massage Therapy while delivering exceptional guest services.

Responsibilities

• Service all customers according to company standards, policies, and procedures, providing high-quality massage services.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of the Spa Department.
• Provide positive service standards to all guests, including courtesy, sincerity, and enthusiasm.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
• Hold and maintain current licenses and continuing education requirements.
• Clean, stock, and maintain massage rooms with all necessary supplies.
• Perform massages professionally and efficiently.
• Perform massages in alternate areas (e.g., guest rooms, poolside) as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws, and company policies.
• Deliver courteous and professional guest service in all interactions.
• Ensure responsible gaming and alcohol service.

Qualifications
