We are looking for team members who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, driven by intention and guided by excellence in their field. At The Woodhouse Spa, we value our team members and strive for excellence with every guest experience.

Responsibilities

1. Perform exceptional massages and body treatments through a variety of modalities
2. Fully prepare each treatment based on our treatment criteria
3. Educate guests on the benefits of the service performed and recommend retail products
4. Consistently increase guest retention by building relationships and increasing pre-bookings
5. Greet guests in a timely and friendly fashion and ensure guests are comfortable throughout their Woodhouse experience
6. Demonstrate exceptional customer service to exceed guest expectations
7. Stay up to date on various techniques and services via classes and seminars

Qualifications

1. 1-2 years of Massage Therapy experience preferred but we are open to meeting with recent graduates as well
2. Strong professional presentation, technical ability, and relationship building skills
3. Must have appropriate State/County/City Massage Therapy License
4. Must be able to work at least one weekend shift
