About the role:

The Massage Therapist performs body treatments according to established protocols to ensure guests experience peace and relaxation.

What you will do:

1. Follow proper payroll procedures.
2. Be punctual and conscientious; inform spa management of issues or tardiness.
3. Maintain a professional appearance, including uniform, hair, makeup, and varnish.
4. Perform indoor massage treatments.
5. Provide courteous, professional, and warm service to guests, colleagues, and management.
6. Adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
7. Participate in evaluations and adhere to procedures.
8. Use the logbook and schedule chart effectively.
9. Perform additional tasks as assigned by spa management.
10. Keep the work area clean and quiet.
11. Inform guests about available services and products.
12. Use retail products safely and accurately.
13. Report incidents to management.
14. Respond appropriately to emergencies or safety situations.

What you bring:

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking); additional languages are a plus.
• Georgia massage therapist or holistic health practitioner certification.
• Ability to perform deep tissue, sports, Swedish massage, and reflexology.
• Willingness to participate in training sessions.
• Excellent listening skills and guest privacy respect; ability to deliver personalized, professional experiences.
