About the role:

The Massage Therapist performs body treatments according to established protocols, ensuring guests experience peace and relaxation.

What you will do:

• Follow proper payroll procedures.
• Be punctual, conscientious, and keep management informed of issues or tardiness.
• Maintain a professional appearance and ensure cleanliness of your uniform.
• Perform indoor massages.
• Provide courteous, professional, and warm service to guests and staff.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
• Participate in evaluations and adhere to procedures.
• Utilize logbooks and schedule charts.
• Perform tasks or projects assigned by Spa Management.
• Keep work area neat and quiet.
• Inform guests about Spa and Hotel services.
• Use retail products safely and accurately.
• Report incidents to management.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies.

What you bring:

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Georgia massage therapist or holistic health practitioner certification.
• Ability to perform deep tissue, sports, Swedish, and reflexology massages.
• Willingness to participate in training.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to understand guest needs, respecting privacy, and providing customized experiences.
