Job summary

Shea Concrete Products, Rochester, MA, is seeking a Production Manager for a precast concrete plant. You will supervise a production crew, coordinate training, schedule production, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Candidates should have at least 5 years in precast production, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with MS Word and Excel. Relocation package is included; competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in precast production manufacturing.
• Knowledge of quality systems and standards.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.
• Knowledge of machines and tools.
• Computer skills including MS Word & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training, schedule production, and manage 6–12 staff.
• Ensure staff are trained, engaged, and productive.
• Follow safety procedures and the Safety Program.
• Coordinate production schedule with Production Manager and set priorities.
• Continuous improvement of production efficiencies to lower costs.
• Implement and ensure product quality control measures.
• Lead team engagement, track metrics, and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with operations and other supervisors on schedules.
