Job summary

Intrepid, an SPA Company is seeking an Army Mass Transit Benefit Program (MTBP) Analyst to support USAFMCOM. You will assist with onboarding Location Program Managers, resolving participant issues, and generating reports using Excel and Power Platform tools. You will manage day-to-day MTBP location activities and provide monthly training sessions.

The role requires collaboration with DoD stakeholders and data-driven reporting to support program decisions and accountability in Army FM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with DoD benefits program experience.
• GFEBS experience (1+ year).
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel.
• Experience creating detailed status reports and data analysis.
• Active Secret clearance required and maintainable.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and support for MTBP data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare monthly status reports and ad-hoc analyses for stakeholders.
• Maintain Installation Manager and Reviewing Official data in TIPS.
• Resolve benefit returns and repayments for participants and stakeholders.
• Provide system training for TIP participants and host monthly trainings.

We are looking for an Army Mass Transit Benefit Program (MTBP) Analyst to join our team in supporting the United States Army Financial Management Command (USAFMCOM). In this role, you will be expected to support the MTBP program in areas including, but not limited to, onboarding new Location Program Managers (LPMs), working with LPMs to resolve participant issues, establishing and conducting town halls and training sessions for LPMs and participants, generate reports using Excel and Power Platform tools, and managing the day to day activities of assigned MBTP locations.

Responsibilities

Provide oversight and support for USAFMCOM’s Mass Transit Benefit Program (MTBP). Responsibilities include assisting with data entry, sorting, filing, and analysis; working to resolve issues directly with participants; providing detailed status reports to stakeholders and other ad-hoc reports on the program; and providing monthly training to participants.

Tasks Will Include

• Provide document processing support, to include but not limited to data gathering, compilation, analysis, filing, and report submission.
• Collect, review, and analyze data received (to include but not limited to: participant applications, location submission forms, and re-certification checklists) for validation.
• Maintain all Installation Manager and Reviewing Official data within the Transportation Incentive Program System (TIPS) and access database.
• Assist with the resolution of benefit returns and repayments for participants, officials, and other stakeholders.
• Provide application site technical assistance for Transportation Incentive Program (TIP) participants, officials, and other stakeholders.
• Host system training monthly to TIP participants.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree up to 3 years of experience working with federal benefits programs, data entry, customer service, and the Army. We are seeking individuals with varying degrees of experience in these categories
• Experience working with GFEBS (1+ years)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
• Experience with creating or generating detailed status reports and excellent attention to detail
• Experience working with vast amount of data and conducting data analysis for reporting
• Experience supporting DoD stakeholders and DoD/Army Financial Management
• Active Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment

Desired Qualifications

• Proficiency in Power Platform, specifically Power Automate and Power BI
